How do we book you?
In order to confirm your date with us, a contract and a retainer of 500€ is required. The remainder is to be paid 48 hours prior the events date.
Do you charge for travel?
As we are based in Santorini during summer, there are no extra costs to booking us on the island.
Any other destination would be subjected to the travel costs. We will provide you with the quote and would book our own airfare, hotel and transportation.
Do you have a back up gear?
Yes, of course we do.
Do you make wedding albums?
Yes, we do! Our bespoke albums are sourced through carefully chosen specialist. They are designed in house by Vesna.
Can we order prints through you?
Yes. Our online galleries have the option of ordering prints/canvases. Our couples find the online process easy to use!
When do we get to see the photos?
The photos will be ready for you to view in an online gallery within 8 weeks from your wedding date. Each of the images is thoughtfully selected and carefully edited, which takes time.
My partner is camera shy. Could you please help on the wedding day/Could you make it easier for us?
We are a pretty laid back couple and would put you at ease very quickly.
Staying in the background documenting the day as well as details is easy and allows you to relax and just be yourselves - you may not even realise that we are there.
Our couples enjoy the pre wedding meeting in person in the days before the wedding which helps us get to know you better and break any barriers towards the camera.
Can you help us with our timeline so we allow the right amount of time for photos etc?
Yes, we can. We confer and offer as much insight into questions you may have regarding your wedding day. Helping our couples with their wedding day timeline allows the right amount of time for each of the segments to be photographed.
Should we send you photo ideas that we would like you to capture?
We are very thorough with the coverage of your wedding day. All the details are important to us as well as the atmosphere of your wedding day, all the little moments between you and your partner as well as the guests. If you still wish for us to capture something in particular, we would happily check it and bear in mind for the wedding day.
Can we meet you before the wedding day?
Yes and this is what we advise all our couples on. An informal meeting before the big day helps us get to know you and run through the schedule together.
